Anna Dineva

Data and Process Coordinator

Anna is an activist, trainer, and traveler who has been part of the Bulgarian Fund for Women (BFW) team since 2024. She initially joined as Administrative Coordinator and, as of April 2025, serves as Data and Process Coordinator. 

She is currently studying Business Informatics with a specialization in Risk and Process Management, but her true passion lies in the fight for equality. 

Since she was a student she has been interested in alternative forms of education and human rights. She attended various national and international academies on leadership, social entrepreneurship, gender equality and sensitive communication, and subsequently began to lead trainings on these topics. She has over 7 years of experience in the field of non-formal education and working with youth in various Bulgarian and foreign organizations. As a long-time volunteer at the local level and part of the board of the oldest European youth network for social inclusion, she strongly believes in change and the battle towards it.
