Overview: 

“Strong Organizations, Strong Impact” is a two-day training designed to enhance the capacity of civil society organizations. It will cover key topics such as organizational development, administrative capacity, financial management, partnership building, and strategies for fostering a positive work environment. The content will be tailored to the specific needs of participants, ensuring practical, actionable knowledge and skills. 

Trainer: 

The training will be led by Maya Doneva, an international expert in social innovation, organizational development, and human rights. She is the founder of the “Social Teahouse,” one of Bulgaria’s first social enterprises, and has extensive experience in policy-making, governance models, and advocacy. Maya has worked in over 35 countries and held various leadership roles, including as the Secretary General of the European Association of Social Service Providers for People with Disabilities (EASPD), which unites over 20,000 organizations in Europe. 

Who Can Join: 

This training is open to representatives of NGO organizations, with priority given to those working in the fields of women’s rights, gender equality, human rights, and gender-based violence. Each organization may register up to two participants.

This training is organized by the Bulgarian Fund for Women as part of the Feminist Opportunities for Resilience and Community Empowerment (FORCE) Program.
